The product is fixed at 5.79% until 30/04/2015 and available to First Time Buyers who can prove 12 months rental payments with a recognised rental agency. Leeds Building Society - Exclusive Mortgage Product Launch
With effect from Thursday, 31 March, Leeds Building Society is launching new mortgage products exclusively for Paradigm. Details are as follows:
Paradigm Exclusive Fees Assisted 2 Year Discount
- Tier 1 - 2.50% 2 Year Discount, (current rate 3.19%), available up to 80% LTV.
- Tier 2 - 2.10% 2 Year Discount, (current rate 3.59%), available up to 85% LTV.
- No Higher Lending Charge.
- £199 Booking Fee.
- £400 Completion Fee up to £500,000. 1% of loan size over £500,000.
- 10% capital repayments are allowed each year without penalty.
- Tapered early repayment charges of 3/2% of the amount redeemed.
Please note that the booking fee of £199 is non-refundable and must be paid to the Society at the application stage. No applications will be accepted without this fee being paid.
