The Market
Research carried out by the BBC discovered that 70% of the population does not have a Will or at least a valid Will; current population stats stand at 60 Million in the UK - does that mean 42 Million need a solution?
Who really knows; but our aim is to provide intermediaries with the opportunity to service this UK need whilst offering a healthy additional income stream via referral fees.
Wills let your clients have their say
In your client's will they can clearly express their wishes regarding:
- Their choice of executor.
- Who should act as a legal guardian for their children and how they will provide for dependants.
- How they would like their funeral to be conducted.
- Whether they want to donate their organs or leave their body to science.
- Mitigation of Inheritance Tax.
- Provision for pets or charities.
- Stating who they wish to receive the various parts of their estate - their house, money, valuable and sentimental items.
