Scottish Provident – protection in a changing world...

Scottish Provident

BREAKING NEWS - All your protection under one roof!

Scottish Provident Bright Grey

The National Partnerships team has been successfully working under the banner of Royal London for nearly two years.

However, until now, the sales teams within our protection brands - Bright Grey and Scottish Provident - have operated independently. At the end of last year, we piloted a new sales approach with IFAs that involved one sales person selling both protection brands. Based on feedback from the pilot, we're introducing a new single protection sales team from 16 May.

Under this new structure, there will be 20 regions – with regional sales managers for North and South, and one overall Head of Sales – Kevin Stevens. Each region will consist of a relationship manager (field) and a relationship manager (telephone) who will work together to manage a range of advisers within their postcode areas.

The relationship managers will work together to make sure your advisers get the support they need; from presenting sales ideas, maximising opportunities from our marketing toolkits and helping get to grips with our systems, processes and product benefits. And the relationship team is completed by both Bright Grey and Scottish Provident partnership support consultants who will actively manage new business to get clients on risk as quickly as possible.

The changes we're making will ensure we make best use of the expertise within our combined protection businesses, and give your advisers the best possible support where they need it. After all, we want doing business with us to be as easy as possible, and having one contact for both our protection brands does just that.

We’ll shortly be sending out personalised emails to all your advisers with details of their new protection sales contact, but in the meantime, this is what our new regional structure looks like.
